About Artificial Grass Roseville

Roseville is a good place for artificial grass and a tricky one. Summers are long and dry, with July highs in the mid-90s and the hottest days past 105, so a natural lawn here drinks heavily from May to October. Winters bring about 20 inches of rain in a few months, and many south Placer County lots sit on soils with a cemented hardpan a couple of feet down that slows drainage. A synthetic lawn has to handle both: summer heat on top and winter water underneath.

The way we install

• We measure, test how the ground drains, and look at sun, trees and sprinkler layout before we price anything.
• We remove the existing lawn and the root layer, not just spray it.
• Sprinklers inside the new lawn are capped; trees and beds at the edges are switched to drip.
• The base is crushed rock compacted in layers, sloped so winter rain leaves the yard.
• Seams are glued and pinned, edges are fastened to curbs and borders, and infill is brushed in.

Pricing and paperwork

You get a written, itemized quote: removal, base, turf, infill, edging and any extras each priced on their own line. We do not start until you approve it, and changes are agreed in writing. Turf warranties are issued by the manufacturer, and we hand over that paperwork at the end of the job. If you are applying for a water-provider rebate or HOA approval, we supply measurements, photos and product specs.
